To let you know a little about our process…
As a washing standard, we combine water and a 2% mixture of sodium hypochlorite (pool chlorine), a surfactant to help the "sh" stick and do its job and a product called Glass Glide which provides a window clean as well. The Glass Glide is inexpensive so there is no additional charge for this. I’ve found that this mixture results in a longer lasting clean than just using water and pressure.
We call ourselves pressure washers although pressure is rarely used to wash. Pressure is harmful to the vast majority of surfaces. The safest procedure is to apply chemical, let sit for a short time and then rinse it off.
Concrete is the main exception and even then, we utilize chemicals. This process removes unsightly and harmful algae buildup. Mud daubers, spider eggs and wasp nests will also be removed.
Surrounding plants and grass are adequately watered before and during home treatment to avoid damage. On rare occasions, some leaves or grass will change color on the surface due to the unavoidable contact with the sh. The plants and grass themselves will be fine and return to glory with regular watering.
